What is HPE Q1J06B storage drive enclosure 3.5" HDD/SSD enclosure Metallic? Shop at an affordable price MI ATLANTIC EU
The HPE MSA 1050 SAN Storage brings affordable flash storage to a diminished customer base. MSA 1050 is designed to meet entry-level storage requirements and budget constraints. With the lowest amount of storage value in the HPE portfolio and proven ProLiant compliance proven in the field, the MSA 1050 is an optional platform for small form factor SAS, SCSI, and FC deployments. With 8GB Fiber Channel, 12GB SAS, as well as 1GbE and 10GbE SCSI, the HPE MSA 1050 was not previously available at the entry price point. By providing a good balance between performance and budget, this system enables users to take advantage of the latest savings technology easily and efficiently, resulting in a positive $ / GB return on investment.
Easy, proven shared storage for Gen10 ProLiant:
MSA continues its tradition of providing affordable shared
storage, easy to use without a major learning curve, and provides ProLiant
executives with accurate setup and management. The new-look is well suited to
your Gen10 ProLiant Leverages flash storage and easy-to-use, easy-to-handle,
and readable storage technology No storage expertise is required, the system
responds strongly to job changes so you don't have to.
All MSA 1050 models offer a standard set of key features:
Includes SFF or LFF of the same enclosed members, depending
on the model - Two FC controllers, SCSI or SAS, depending on the model - Two
processing holes per control - Each controller supports 8GB FC, 1GbE SCSI,
10GbE SCSI, or 12Gb SAS host connection, depending on the model ¬ 6 GB cache
per controller. (Read / write 4GB and 2GB system) ¬ Backup copy with
supercapacitor and compact flash. Store Management Utility (SMU). MSA
management GUI brings a new, modern look to the management system. Thin
Provisioning allows storage to be done on applications only if they use
portable storage resources. The thinner coverage also allows for a more
efficient supply of portable storage facilities, making it easier to extend the
volumes without the final predictive capacity.
Extensions:
The configuration of the MSA 1050 array is designed to allow
the installation to start with a small volume and to be able to grow slowly as
needed. Flexibility in SSD, SAS Midline (MDL) technology for the driving
business, form factor, size, speed, and cost-per-gigabyte allow systems to
easily fit into any budget. Mainframe configuration can be up to 168TB SAS MDL
per enclosure, and up to 672TB SAS MDL by adding up to three MSA 2050 LFF
discs. The minimum configuration can be up to 76.8 TB of SAS SSDs in each
enclosure, and up to 307.2 TB of SAS by adding up to three MSA 2050 SFF discs.
Users can repair MSA 2050 SFF enclosures with MSA 2050 LFF discs closed. This
is an excellent selection of configurations that support high-speed SFF SSDs or
SAS drivers for fast SFF business class in the system enclosure, as well as
cost-effective LFF drive installation for archiving purposes, all in the same
sequence.
Disk Group:
A disk group is a set of disks in a given multiplication
mode (RAID 1, 5, 6, 10). RAID band disk levels and size can be created based on
performance and/or capacity supplies. Multiple disk groups can be allocated to
storage to maintain visual performance. The MSA 1050 series supports 512
volumes and up to 512 abbreviations in a single system. All of these documents
can be included in the LUN map. The all-out LUN size can be up to 140TB
(128TiB). Thin offers allow users to build LUNs without portable storage.
Storage pool:
The storage pool contains one or more disk groups. The
volume data on the LUN currently provided can cover all disk drives. After adding
volume to the system, users benefit from the performance of all the poles in
that pool. MSA 1050 supports large springy volumes up to 128TiB in size and
facilitates seamless volume growth. As the pool grows, data flows automatically
backward to balance power consumption across all drives.
Functional and archive category:
MSA 1050 supports LUN segmentation and automated data movement between categories. The MSA 1050 automatic engine distributes data between available categories based on its accessibility features. Frequently accessed "pages" are moved to the highest available category which provides the most I / O in the application. Preparation using a mix of SSDs and HDDs in the same system and volume categories (except for SSD readable storage) will require BTU Advanced Data Service Suite.
This principle applies to the system
level, so a license is required regardless of whether the drivers are
configured to configure the default within the same swimming pool. All SSD
configurations and expansion of the SSD study repository do not require a
license on the MSA 1050 list.
